2. Description of Service
CloudTodo is a cloud-based task management application that allows you to:
- Create, edit, and delete tasks
- Sync tasks across multiple devices
- Access your tasks from any web browser
3. Account Registration
To use CloudTodo, you must:
- Provide a valid email address
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Not use the service for any illegal purpose
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
4.1 Free Plan
The free plan includes limited features and may have usage restrictions (e.g., maximum number of tasks).
4.2 Paid Plans
Paid plans offer additional features and higher limits. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay the applicable fees
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
- You can cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period
4.3 Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all tasks and content you create using CloudTodo. By using the Service:
- You grant us a license to store and display your content to provide the Service
- You are responsible for the content you create
- We do not claim ownership of your content
7. Intellectual Property
CloudTodo and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability
- That the Service will be error-free
- That defects will be corrected immediately
We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or if required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudTodo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account:
- If you violate these Terms
- If required by law
- If you engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
